As a class, create a VENN diagram for Patrick Henry and Sojourner Truth focusing on their speeches, and not necessarily their lives/backgrounds, although the historical periods are significant and should be mentioned. •3. On your own, complete the template for the compare/contrast paragraph/essay. (see next slide for compare/contrast transitions) •4. Write a complete, well-developed essay (1-1 ½ pages) comparing and contrasting Patrick Henry and Sojourner Truth.
